Green Mango Pickle (kairee ka aachaar)
Pickled pickle takes some time, but after its form it tastes great. Make a recipe for Carri pickle with gram dal and make it in the house too.
necessary ingredients
- 1 kg kairee
- 200 grams of mustard mustard
- A handful of gram dal
- 100 grams rye lentil
- 200 g fennel
- 50 gms of fenugreek seeds
- 300 gms of red chilli powder
- Oil 1 to 1.5 kg
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida powder
- One spoon turmeric
- A little bit of black pepper and clove or a ready pickle of the masala masala
Method
- Wash the carrots first and dry them in long frames.
- Now heat the oil well in a vessel and keep it cool. Exclude gram dal in a wide utensil and collect all the ingredients.
- Now add gram dal from above and add hot oil as per your requirement and mix the spices.
- When the seasoning is cold, mix the carrots in it and keep it in a glass vessel and keep it tied.
- Use ready-made mustard pickle after about 10 days.
